The entire session is programmed to your individual ability and goals. A full consultation takes place prior to your sessions commencing, during this we discuss YOU. Topics that are covered are:
Once the above is covered we perform a basic ‘Fitness Testing’ session covering cardio, strength, core & flexibility.
Following on from your consultation I will design a bespoke package that suits you, you then have my full support in working towards a fitter, healthier you. This includes homework to complete between sessions and access to my ‘Brawny’s VIP’s’ group on social media. This is a whole library of information as well as access to the community of Brawny’s Bootcampers.
Personal Training takes place at my purpose-built home gym in Kingsthorpe, Northampton. This is the perfect environment for those individuals that feel intimidated going into the commercial gym environment.
I don’t just train people for fat loss, I also cover pre & postnatal fitness, exercise to improve mental health & strength training. All goals are achievable!
I see personal training as a marathon and not a sprint, implementing small changes over a period of time to make you the best version of yourself.
